I will not be able to refund postage costs, unfortunately.

This 14 day window does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons.

If the item arrives damaged –

I will replace the product free of charge.

If an earring loop opens up or a pendant back becomes unglued –

I will repair the item and send it back in the post free of charge
