Following are the terms and conditions that constitute the Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

If I’m experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email or telephone to let you know.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

I ship my items with Royal Mail.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially around busy periods such as Christmas. When the postman is delayed it is out of my control, so ensure you get the orders in early.

Bethh LG Designs ships to addresses within the U.K., U.S., U.S. Territories, and to countries within the EU.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, informing you that the item has been dispatched and giving you a delivery estimation.

If you have opted for a recorded or signed for delivery, this email will also contain your tracking number, with valid tracking updates provided via the delivering company’s website within 24hrs.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Bethh LG Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Bethh LG Designs offers breakage protection as standard on all deliveries, as part of my Happiness Guarantee. You can read more about that, here.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the day you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be :

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • With the proof of purchase/packing note.

Please note I do not accept returns for earrings.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund via email after inspecting the item. When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, dependant upon your card issuer’s policies. This shouldn’t take longer than two weeks or ten working days for UK banks.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
